Final Ticket Design

Today me and Brylle finished the final ticket design for the Overlay Film Festival. We narrowed our ideas down into one design by combining our best design each. In order to decide which designs worked best, we received a lot of feedback and suggestions off the group. Below are the two designs that we combined into one.

This is the final ticket design (below) of mine and Brylles two designs combined. We used the shape of the original logo for the ticket; the circle and square, however we had to extend the circle to a rectangle in order to fit more information on. We stuck with the colour scheme of red, yellow and orange as it ties in best with all of the other elements that we have created; it keeps the branding professional and consistent throughout. The three colours are very bright, fun and vibrant which communicates the concept of the festival.

The circle part can be ripped off and used as a coaster for putting your drinks on when watching the films, as well as a freebie to take home. The back of the coaster has been kept as a simple illustration which includes the logo.

The ticket includes all the vital information about the Overlay Film Festival; the name, logo, slogan, location, times, dates, names of all the films and a barcode for scanning in upon arrival.
